"Everything was good with the course. I was disappointed win I signed up about pricing. I am not sure of the exact detailes, but it seemed at 13.95 included unlimited retries and automatic submission to DVM. When I went to pay it seemed like I needed a more expensive package to get what was stated for 13.95. I actually think the 13.95 is a bargain and the near 30.00 I paid was worth it, But it seem a little bate and switch on the advertizing before I paid vs while paying. I could have not paid and went somewhere else, but I already invested time into researching your classes/prices and did not want to start over.
The only thing I really want above the basic package, is proof that the DVM has been satisfied (and the electronic submission which I though would be include in the 13.95). If I get this then I don't care about the rest. If not I would appreciate a refund and only paying for the 13.95.
If you want me to I can email the link I saw before I paid showing what was claimed. In addition I can provide a link to the DMV showing that they state all internet coursed have to now submit electronically.
Thanks for hearing my complaint. The course was very good though.

- The most difficult about this is the process. all along registration I had no idea whether I am going in the right direction, whether I am taking the right steps, etc etc.
Another example - what's the next step right now? do I pay my ticket (I have have and have forgotten already). Do I send something to the DMV? is it handled behind the scenes? ( to be fair, I may get this info on the next page ... )
The course was very easy and pleasurable - especially compared to one I took some 10 years ago on some other site.

Many stores do this by giving you a coupon to buy one product, while the store knows you are most likely going to pick up something else. The price however is not a scam. The minimum price for our traffic school is $13.95 and we will send the certificate to the DMV electronically on your behalf. We offer other services as well and worth every penny for those services. We have a team of people that search the DMV system regularly to notify you when your case has been closed. The court nor the DMV will notify you when your case is closed. For that peace of mind and the price of this service it is well worth it. We always love hearing from our customers. "I had to go back and retake every test because there was an error in processing my answers. It always said I tried to go back to take the test when I did not. I even had to go back and re do my answers for the final exam. There is some type of error in processing answers the first time. It seems like every OTHER time it works, not the first time. "

"The course was fine; I did learn some new bits of information. However, the material really needs a thorough edit. Here are more details and some examples. I'll give you some examples. There are words missing. The word 'were' is used when it should be "we're" (we are would be better). The section on the causes of accidents (collisions) refers to statistics that are not in the text in that section. In almost all of the graphics, the cars are driving to the right; in one they are driving left. I don't remember the graphic, but I remember being confused until I realized the cars were going in the other direction. One of the graphics refers to the blue car--all the cars are silver. I noticed all of this because I'm an editor--was a tech writer/editor/indexer/graphic designer for 25 years, then switched to the medical world for another 5. Look at the instructions above this comment box. In parens, the says, "with a Yes answer complete 2-8; a no answer continue to 6-8.
